Kindred Family Counseling offers individual and family counseling sessions in the states of Virginia and Louisiana. Services are provided virtually.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing mental health services. I received both my Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from Southern University at New Orleans.

My goal is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment to talk through specific challenges, events and emotions without judgement. I have a client-centered approach allowing you to set the pace and direction of therapy while equipping you with the tools to reduce stressors and manage symptoms of mental health disorders.
